1. Start Journaling.

Brain-dump. (Write down everything on your mind, it doesn't need to make sense.)
Add doddles.
2. Get in touch with the hobby you had as a kid.

Look at your baby pictures.
Ask yourself or your parents about your hobby as a kid.
Re-connect with your inner child.
Ideas for a hobby- Drawing, painting, reading, coloring, Diary writing, etc.
3. Get up & move,

Go for a walk with your pet, friends, partner.
Do yoga.
Dance around.
Just move your body.
Do workouts that include TikTok dance.
4. Fix your sleep schedule.

Let's do a step-by-step to 'How to fix your sleep schedule because someone was awake till 2 A.M watching TikTok.'
Track when you sleep and wake up.
Now count how many hours you sleep.
Decide realistically when you should wake up and go to sleep.
Now every week try to wake up 30 mins earlier.
And stop working or studying 2 hours before you sleep then eat your dinner 1 hour before you sleep, so your body gets time to digest the food.

Clean your home.
